Opening Wetherby House Montessori has been the culmination of a life-long dream. My passion for childcare started in my teen years, when my own journey as an educator began. Over the years, my experience and understanding of children and early education has grown to allow me facilitate the very best for the children in my setting. I aim to continue my growth and learning as a practitioner and learn from the children every day!

I have been with Wetherby House since 2012 and have been Manager of the Northwood branch since 2018. In this time, I proud to see the wonderful young people we have worked with and sent into the world. I am very keen to further my own education and have completed both Montessori and EYFS qualifications, as well as broader studies in Leadership and Management, Business Development, and Postgraduate level education studies. As the newly appointed Operations Manager to Wetherby House, I look forward to working with all of our great teams to ensure our staff and Managers are performing at the Wetherby level!
Keving Moore
Keving MooreDeputy Manager
Hi, my name is Kevin Moore. I’m the deputy manger and room leader for the pre school room. I have a level 3 qualification in child care as well as a level 3 diploma in team leading and management. I have been working with children for the past ten years and have worked my way up from an apprentice. I also have experience in mentoring and tutoring apprentices towards achieving their qualifications in child care.
The reason I chose child care as a career path was mainly because at heart I am a big child, but as I learned more about the trade, the more I became passionate about the job I do. Being able to help children progress and develop not just in areas of learning but also with life skills, gives me a feeling of pride. There’s always something new to learn for the children and myself.
My interests are sports, reading, writing and movies as deep down I am a very much a comic book geek
