Step 1. Visit us on an Open Day

We have regular Open Days at all our settings.

We understand that parents need to view and fall in love with a setting before making a commitment, so we encourage parents to submit applications on or after one of our nursery open days.

We are keen for parents to be able to see the setting and meet the team, and as such, we host open days on a Saturday two or three times a year.

At the open day, parents are welcomed into the setting and can have a look around, speak to various members of the team and ask any questions they may have.

Please note that you do not need to book onto these open days and are welcome to pop in unannounced!

Step 2. Application

After your visit with us you may complete our online application form

Once you have submitted your application, we will check our registers to determine if a space is available for the sessions requested.

If a space is available, we will offer this to you and ask for payment of the deposit and registration fee. We will then confirm the space as yours and issue a letter of confirmation. We will also send through a copy of the welcome pack, terms and conditions, and policies and procedures.

If a space is not available, we will offer to add your details to our waiting list. We make contact with families on the waiting list as and when there is a change in circumstance.

Please make sure you book in settling in sessions prior to your child starting. Ideally, we like to have the first session for an hour, where you will stay with your child and have a chat with the keyworker, discussing your child in depth. The second session is for two hours, where we will try a period without the parent being present.  The final session is for a morning, including a meal. Hopefully this will be sufficient, but there are cases where more sessions may be required. Please discuss this with Management.

Step 3. Thrive

You will be welcomed into a thriving, creative and safe environment for your child.

We have a commitment to ensure that our pupils receive the best pastoral care and support so that they feel happy and safe here and are therefore able to thrive and achieve academically. Our Student Services team are all trained to work with young people and as part of the team we have other students support the application process.
